| Finding a place to get your group together that has an environment conducive to progress and devoid of interruption can be a challenge. We have the perfect spot for your next meeting or retreat. Polen Farm provides a quiet and relaxing environment while filling all of your catering and audio-visual needs, including access to both the internet and fax. We have two beautiful and historic buildings that will accommodate up to 300 people. |

The house includes a roomy living room, dining room, sun porch, banquet room and a large patio that is covered with a seasonal tent. |

| The living room with its beautiful large picture window is ideal for small meetings of 25 people or less. |

The dining room and sun porch are smaller rooms that can be used as breakout rooms and are often used for food service. |

| The banquet room is the largest room in the house and can accommodate groups with as many as 36 people. Three sets of French doors lead from the banquet room to a large patio that is covered by a tent during the warmer months. The tent provides shelter for an additional 84 people and gives you the flexibility of an indoor or outdoor setting. |

The Banquet Room and Tent combine, create a perfect venue for a small intimate gathering or a slightly larger event, up to 130 people.

| Unequaled in the community is the Polen Farm Barn. through renovation, the barn has become an ideal setting for your company’s retreats and training seminars. |

The lower level has great lighting, will accommodate 125 people and is usable year-round. |

The upper level has a rustic barn feel, with its high ceilings and exposed beams, and is roomy enough for 175 people.

On the grounds outside of the barn are enough picnic tables to seat 200, making it a great spot for your group to take a lunch break. Groups over 300 may want to reserve the entire Polen Farm facility. |

| Table and chair set up is included with all rentals and additional services can be added for an additional fee including catering, audio-visual rentals, and goal-oriented/team-building activities. Although Polen Farm does not have onsite catering, we do offer a comprehensive catering service including continental breakfast, hot breakfast, boxed lunches, buffet lunch/dinner and full-service lunch/dinner. In addition, we can meet all of your Audio Visual needs including flip charts, projector screens, lecterns, a public address system and LCD projectors. We can also add a lively element of fun to meetings through a variety of stress breakers, mental challenges, and team building initiatives. One of the great aspects of our facility is that you are not obligated to use any of our additional services. |

| Activities can be structured around meetings, or an entire day of activities can be planned. Participants try their hand at a variety of teambuilding activities chosen to achieve the groups desired outcome. They challenge participants to go beyond perceived boundaries both mentally and physically. After the activities are completed participants will discus what they learned from the activity and how it translates into the everyday work environment. |

| Many groups come into teambuilding programs with a vague idea of what they want to accomplish, such as improved communication, trust, unity, self-confidences and creative thinking. These initiatives go well beyond by allowing the group members to see each other at their best and worst. Group members will be able to see how coworkers react when they are taken out of their comfort zone and have to deal with situations not likely to be seen in the workplace. Coworkers that are normally very passive will step up as leaders while others will try to just get by in the background. Throughout the day participants will gain a great deal of insight into how each other deal with stress, their leadership styles, their learning styles, where communication breaks down amongst the group and more. Given the appropriate reflection, a day of these activities can make a profound difference in a participant’s personal and professional lives. |
